A lab for harmless comedy
Most prank content online rewards the biggest reaction, which quietly rewards the cruellest idea. Prank Lab was built as the opposite: a small, carefully edited collection of gags where the punchline is shared, the mess is temporary, and nobody needs an apology afterwards.
Who it's for
Adults pranking other consenting adults they actually know — housemates, partners, close colleagues, and friends at a party. It is not written for minors, for strangers in public, or for content farms chasing viral reactions.
What it isn't
No revenge tactics, no "how to get back at" guides, no shock content, and nothing that depends on someone being scared, embarrassed in front of their boss, or out of pocket.
How a prank gets in
1. Proposed
A gag only enters the queue if it's funny to the person receiving it, not just to the person doing it.
2. Stress-tested
We write out the worst realistic outcome. If that outcome includes injury, cost, discipline, or genuine distress, the prank is cut.
3. Published with limits
Every surviving tutorial ships with its supplies, steps, reveal, consent note, and a specific list of things you must not do.
Where this is going
This first release is a public, read-only library of six tutorials — no accounts, no submissions, no comments, and nothing to buy. Future phases may add community contributions, but only with the same review standard applied to every single entry.
